You will need a yoga mat and a yellow thera-band

Dress in comfy clothing: shorts, yoga pants, sweats, t-shirts, tanks.  NO JEANS
Bring lunch or there is a Whole Foods nearby or restaurants.  There is a fridge, microwave, stove.
